Culture Japan Convention '13

Culture Japan Convention (CJC) 2013 was held on the 17th and 18th of August, at the Straits Quay Convention Centre (SQCC). (｀・ω・´)



Though, I only attended on the 17th as I had other stuff to do on the 18th. So, boo. ↓↓

I was super duper uber excited that the Asakawa Yuu is gonna be there~!
I absolutely adoreeeeee her Megurine Luka. (ﾉ´ｰ`)ﾉ
Horeyshiat. Thinking back about it still brings me so much joy and excitement! Ahem.

I was running late so I missed a part of Danny Choo's panel.
But I'm glad I didn't missed out on him talking about the Smart Doll. I was a bit disappointed that he didn't demonstrate a live preview of the Smart Doll. So, boo, again.

Up next was Asakawa Yuu's panel. ★
I was totally surprised that she could speak fluent English. I didn't expect that, at all. Woahhh. OAO
IMO, the pictures of her on Google Image don't do any justice to her beauty. She looks absolutely stunning in real life. I think I was mentally gawking and wondering how on Earth does one be so pretty wtf. This is humanly not possible. (⇀‸↼‶)

Comic Fiesta Mini '13

On the 3rd and 4th of August, there was an ACG event in Penang called Comic Fiesta Mini (2013).
My sister, my friend + her younger bro and I went for the event~ ◔◡◔
It's not often that Penang has ACG events so, we just had to go.

Overall, I think it was okay. Quite boring if you were to go alone - in my opinion.
The cosplay competition was quite good too. Chibi Mikasa was quite amusing and cute! (^◡^ )
Oh and King x Mon were quite cool to gawk at LOL. ♡

Oh, and I cosplayed as a casual Kagamine Rin on the 1st day. ★★★

Surprisingly, I think I would choose Tamura Meimi instead my Sayumin. Σ(ﾟДﾟ|||)
I guess it's because I would really like to be with someone who's upbeat and always cheerful.
Someone who would always make my day with just a smile.

The End of February 2013

It's finally the end of February, which also means, my internship is almost coming to an end.
I feel kind of torn about it. On one hand, I get to earn a monthly income.
On the other hand, I don't need to feel bored in the office and get to do whatever I want at home or hang out with my friends as freely as I want. o(´^｀)o

Anyways, February will go by in a few minutes or so (over here).
And, so far, my year has been really great. I think I started off the year quite well enough.
Can't wait to see what happens throughout the rest of the year~!! 〈( ^.^)ノ

The End of Chinese New Year 2013 ☆

This year, Chinese New Year felt a bit different from usual - I don't know why either.
But it's probably because my cousins stayed over a little longer than usual.
I like having my cousins over cause the house feels much more lively - compared to the usual quiet house.

Ahem. Anyways, no more sappy stuff.
This time, I took a shot of my family's CNY Eve steamboat (reunion) dinner.



It was uber yummy this year as well. ＼（＾ ＾）／
I really look forward to CNY reunion dinners cause I get to nom everything without my mom nagging LOL.
But looking at myself on the weighing scale recently, it wasn't a pretty sight FML. (；▽；)
I guess it's time to tone down a notch on my nom-ing moments.

OhEmGeeeeee... I'm looking forward to next year's reunion already~!!

PS: I hope my other cousins could make it next year. They couldn't make it this year due to their dad's health reasons. Boo to that.  (╯︵╰,)

The Beginning of Year 2013

A very Happy New Year to everyone~ ヽ(*・ω・)ﾉ
Yahhhhh~ I can't really believe a year has just passed by. It still feels surreal.
But nevertheless, it's a new year and I think things are gonna get better this year.
Plus, the number '13' is my favourite number and so, I really think it'll be a better year - for me, at least. And I'll be turning 20 this year too. So, 2013 - how fitting! XD
