Temporary Downtime || PIIT28

It's currently PIIT28's Round 2. 284440
I went as hard as I could for the 1st week but from the 2nd week onwards, I had to step away from PIIT28. I had a scheduled minor surgery on 8th April. The doctor advised me against any high-intensity workouts. So, boohoo to that!

However, I was thinking of doing the PIIT28 post-workout stretches and some yoga, or something!

The End of Round 1 || PIIT28

Yesterday was the last day of my Round 1 of PIIT28.
It felt amazing to finish the programme!! 318850

I'm quite nervous and excited for Round 2 of PIIT28.
But, I can't wait to challenge my body into a more intense workout!
I know it's gonna be worth it at the end. 318182

However, I doubt I'll be able to complete Round 2 though.
I'll be undergoing a minor surgery next month so that sucks.
The doctor advised me against working out intensively until I heal - which takes about a week or so. So, boo to that! I hope I won't lose my strength after that.

Shaky 2 Weeks || PIIT28

During these (last) 2 weeks of PIIT28 has been slightly shaky one for me.
I've missed out on a couple of workouts and I haven't been eating right.
I skip meals that I don't intend on doing so. It was just a roller coaster ride! 241591

However, that doesn't mean I've given up at all.
It just means that, I have to keep going strong and look forward!
I'm slowly but surely getting my life together again.
I can't wait to see the end progress of PIIT28. :'D

Another thing is, I've been keeping my Pinterest up and going these days.
I've been kinda obsessing over it again because of how motivational the things I find on it are! Plus, it serves as a reminder and a vision board for me.

Week 2 || PIIT28

Today is the end of PIIT28's Week 2! 233357
I was super excited that Week 2 had finally gone by (and so quickly too)!!
I thought that I'd write a short recap on what I felt in Week 2 - comparing to Week 1!

♚ Felt stronger - could do 4 rounds of Mountain Climbers
♚ Getting faster and more efficient with Warmups
♚ Eating more cleanly
♚ More motivated

Also, I finally made a workout playlist to jam to during the warmups and/or during the stretch!

Getting Back Into Shape! || PIIT28

Recently, I've been more serious about fitness and health.
I'm quite determined to get into shape - by the end of this year! 



So, before PIIT28 was announced, I was doing a little bit of the Blogilates Beginner 2.0 Calender then, when I was ready - I did the regular monthly workout! However, a few days before March, Cassey announced the PIIT28 programme. Andddd, I jumped at the chance of joining!! 318182318182318182

I'm currently in Week 2 of PIIT28 and I've been posting diligently for the PIITstagram Challenge. 292209
Although, I may have some cheat snacks a few times to keep myself sane but other than that, I'm eating as clean as possible! I really can't wait to see the end results when I'm done with PIIT28!!
