Culture Japan Night 2013 in Penang

Today, Culture Japan Night was held in Penang. (´∇ﾉ｀*)ノ
My mom, sis and I went to the event after my work ended.

During CJN, I (finally) got my hands on the Mirai-chan Touch 'n Go!
Plus, I bought a Mirai-chan poster for Danny Choo to sign~ (´ω｀★)
I was really pleased from splurging, despite being broke after the event. FML.



While I got the poster, my sis got the Moekana pack~
I can't wait until Moekanji is officially released! (❁´◡`❁)

My brief experience of meeting with Danny Choo in real life was a mess LOL.
When I went up to him, my mind totally went blank and I didn't really say anything except 'Thank You' wtf.
My sis and I took a picture with him too but I won't post it on my blog. Though, it's on my Facebook.
I wished I could say more to him but Idk why my mouth just won't open.
I guess this is what people call being starstruck. oTL

I hope, when I meet him next time, I will be able to say more! ヽ(ﾟДﾟ)ﾉ

Puella Magi Madoka Magica: Extension Set 01 & 02

Finally, I got both of the of the extension set from Puella Magi Madoka Magica~!! (☆^O^☆)

I got the Extension Set 01 a few weeks ago, back in late 2012. And today, I received the Extension Set 02.
They're really cute and they fit perfectly on the bookshelves.
If Good Smile Company decides to release more extension sets, I'll be glad to save up and get more of them! They're just too cute to resist.

PS: Kyubey is not included in any of the extension sets. Kyubey was kidnapped taken from... erm, I have no idea which figma or nendoroid box he came from LOL. But he's definitely not a part of the extension set(s).

My Nintendo 3DS XL: Kagami

A few months ago, I mentioned that I wanted the Nintendo 3DS XL on a certain blog post.
Well, my wish came true~! （●´∀｀）ノ♡



My dad got it for me, along with the Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance game.
He kept pestering me to get a game with the console and so, I choose that game LOL.
Although, I was really tempted to get Pokemon games but I knew the shop was selling it at much higher price, compared to what I've seen on the Lowyat forum. So, Kingdom Hearts it is! (ﾉ´ｰ`)ﾉ

Oh, my new baby has been officially named as Kagami.
Kagami is named after one of the characters from Kuroko no Basuke, Kagami Taiga.



Initially, I wanted to name it Akashi (after Kuroko no Basuke's Akashi Seijuro).
But my sister suggested Kagami and it fitted so, Kagami it is! (´ω｀★)
Plus, I really love Kagami so, why not? Kagami's name fitted the new baby so perfectly.

So far, I'm really loving Kagami. I was right to get the 3DS XL, instead of the 3DS.
Although, I'm not really touching the console much cause I still wanna get a pouch and screen protector for it.
I know I'll mess up the screen like no tomorrow so, I'm holding myself back until I get a screen protector!

Recently, I decided to get a new flash cart for Kagami as my old flash carts aren't compatible with the 3DS XL. So, I might as well get a new one. I already made payment for it. So, I'm hoping it'll arrive this week or next week~ Gahhh, really excited for it! I hope it doesn't randomly freezes though. (´ ▽｀)

The Beginning of Year 2013

A very Happy New Year to everyone~ ヽ(*・ω・)ﾉ
Yahhhhh~ I can't really believe a year has just passed by. It still feels surreal.
But nevertheless, it's a new year and I think things are gonna get better this year.
Plus, the number '13' is my favourite number and so, I really think it'll be a better year - for me, at least. And I'll be turning 20 this year too. So, 2013 - how fitting! XD

Looking Back: The End of Year 2012

First and foremost, I was suppose to blog about my 2012 events yesterday but, unfortunately, I couldn't due to the lack of Internet. In other words, my connection mysteriously couldn't work for the night. (*´；ェ；`*)

Looking back at my 2012 resolutions, I wonder if I have accomplished any of them. oTL

1. Loose More Weight
I only achieved loosing 2kg last year so, I'll be trying harder this year. I have other plans when I loose weight too. *coughscosplaycoughs* I hope to get my weight down to almost 50kg, which sounds impossible but we shall see at the end of the year!

This certainly went down the drain after Comic Fiesta 2012.  (￣ω￣;)
I gained some weight after the event and am trying to achieve my normal weight (again).
This sucks. LOL.

2. Cosplay Debut
I've always wanted to cosplay but I have 2 reasons why I'm not able to pursue it - weight and money. Once I get my weight down to a healthy level, then my cosplay plans will kick in full power. (￣▽￣)ノ I've already got a few characters in mind, a little different from my plans from last year.

This was a success! Although I didn't shed any weight or whatsoever, I managed to cosplay on Day 2 of Comic Fiesta 2012. I went as Kagamine Rin's Project Diva X'mas version. ♥（ﾉ´∀`）



No proper cosplay pictures of me, yet. I just realized I didn't solo camwhore in my costume wtf.
Gonna have a proper photoshoot or something like that, when I have the time~!
