On the 12th of March 2013, Morning Musume's second A-side of their 53rd single, Kimi Sae Ireba Nani mo Iranai's dance shot version was uploaded onto Morning Musume's official YouTube channel.
First and foremost, I was surprised when I saw this on my YouTube subscription list. L(・o・)」
I really did not expect to have a double A-side single. It really caught be off-guard - in a good way.
But putting that aside.
When I first watched dance shot, I really did not like their yellow outfits. （￣□￣；）
They were great when they did the chest thumps, it added more effect but seriously, it feels a bit off. Or maybe I was already adjusting to their cool outfits from their previous singles. I guess it's not such a bad thing, having them to wear this yellow outfit. I mean, it's not very often you get to see Reina dressing up like that. |･ω･｀)
Outfit aside. The song is great, in my opinion.
I'm glad they're not heavily emphasizing the auto-tuning and synthesize instruments that much in this song.
It feels fresh, compared to their recent singles. And ohgawd, I LOVE THE CHORUS SO MUCH.
However, the song wasn't that addictive when I heard it the first time. I became hooked on it after listening to it a couple more times. Oh, and as this is Reina's last single, I wonder who will Morning Musume be like after she's officially graduates. I can't wait to see what happens! “ヽ(´▽｀)ノ”
As for dance, it's (once again) heavily focused on the formation - not that I'm complaining.
I think it's an awesome dance, a little different but still great on its own! I really love the chest thumping parts during the choruses. It's just simple point and thump your chest, that's it. No complicated dance moves. ☆
It makes me wanna thump my chest to the beat too LOL. Ahem, anyways.
I have to say one thing, I wished they brought in other choreographers cause this formation thing is becoming boring already - in my opinion. They're great but they've been doing the same thing for the past few singles. They really need something fresh again.（；¬＿¬)
I think this single will sell quite well, again. It's also Reina's last single so fans will probably try their best to support her until she graduates from Morning Musume. As for me, I'm currently broke so I can't afford to get a copy of it. (´；ω；`)
But for those who can afford to support our girls, do get yourself a copy from Amazon.jp or CDJapan!

Morning Musume's Brainstorming (Loose Shot) PV
[UPDATE] Brainstorming isn't confirmed to be on their 53rd single, or at least, not yet. Blame Tsunku for hype that got to my brain for assuming it's their latest PV for their 53rd single. Fml.
On 27th February 2013, Morning Musume's loose shot version PV of their song, Brainstorming was released on their official YouTube channel. (Subscribe to them if you haven't!)

Despite the song being auto-tuned (once again) and it has similar beats to their previous singles (once again), I still think it is an awesome song!! For now, it's way cooler than their previous singles. (ﾉ´ヮ´)ﾉ*:･ﾟ✧
Heck, the song is currently being looped right now, as I'm typing out this blog post. ♥
Ahem. Anyways.
The song is really good. One of the best songs I've heard from Morning Musume.
I think this song will be another hit for the group. ヽ(○´∀`)ﾉ♪
Aside from the song, the dance is amazing itself. It suits the song very well,surprisingly.
And, in my opinion, I think this is one of the toughest dance formation I've ever seen Morning Musume dancing to. Wakuteka Take A Chance seemed tough because of the line formations throughout the song but this formation, Brainstorming, includes a lot of member shifts around, reaching their specific spot on time and hitting the right moves at the exact timing. There was definitely a LOT of effort put into perfecting this dance and its formation.
I can't wait to watch the dance covers of this songassplodeee explode on YouTube!! ＼(^o^)／
By the way, I really love the red-blue outfit concept.
I noticed that Reina is in the red team and Sayumin is in the blue team.
And, Riho-chan is in the blue team and Ayumin is in the red team.
There's an obvious reason for such a concept. In short, yin yang concept. LOL.
But it's cool, rather than separating them by their generation or their official Hello! Project colours. ★
I can't wait to watch the official PV and the official dance shot for this song.

Morning Musume 11th Gen Member: Oda Sakura
Heyyy, I just saw the official news about the 11th generation member of Morning Musume.
I was a little taken aback when I saw there was only ONE winner out of the 6 finalists.
The only girl that made it into Morning Musume would be Oda Sakura. (‘∀’●)♡
I saw the official footage on their YouTube channel and I think she's really amazing - overall.
First and foremost, I'm glad she didn't made it into S/mileage.
Cause now, she has the most wonderful opportunity to shine in Morning Musume instead! （*´▽｀*）
Plus, her voice suits Morning Musume more than it would in S/mileage. LOL.
Aside from that, I think she has a really amazing voice. Even her normal speaking voice is so nice to listen to!
And believe it or not, she's only 14. Imagine what she can belt out when she hit her 20's or even her late teen years! It's just really amazing, thinking about it. I don't wanna compare but she could become "the next Takahashi Ai" - so to speak. ヽ(´ー`)ﾉ
Besides her vocals, her dance is also quite good. But then again, it's because she was a trainee so, her dancing should be good enough. I think her dance skills will improve more and more over the time.
And overall, she just seems to have a easy-to-approach appearance.
I feel relieved and calm when I see or watch her. Or even listen to her talk.
She just has this really unique gentle aura around her. I'm sure she'll have more fans over time!

Lastly, I'm just really excited to see her working with Morning Musume!
I really wanna see her perform with them as soon as possible. I can't contain my excitement anymore~!

Oddly, their dance version of this song was released wayyyy earlier than the official MV.

Anyways. I think the song is insanely addictive.
It's been so long since I heard something as "fresh" as this. Although, I didn't really like the auto-tuned parts. I wished they didn't auto-tune their voices so much. I really love hearing their, erm, raw vocals. Besides that, their dance is also very cool! There are no weird movements, I think. I think I'll be learning their dance when I find a spare time to do so! ｡◕‿◕｡

On the 21st of March 2012, Morning Musume (モーニング娘。) released the MV for their 49th single called "Renai Hunter" (恋愛ハンター). This will be the last single Gaki-san will ever participate in. (´∩｀。)

In my opinion, this song has to be one of the best Morning Musume songs I've ever heard.
In fact, this is the type of Morning Musume songs I prefer, if compared to Pyoko Pyoko Ultra.

I love how the song starts with the electric guitar and then a few beats later... Ai-chan starts off with the first line and is followed by Reina's line. ♥
And then, during then the fast parts. OMG.

THEN it's followed by Gaki-san's auto-tuned lines!
I absolutely ADORE Gaki-san's voice. It's so powerful (although not as powerful as ex-member Yossie's voice lol).
I bet it'll sound so awesome when they sing live. ♥
Oh and then, at the last verse...
Riho sings the "Itoshi no kimi e" lines. ♥
It's like... ＼（＾ ＾）／ BANZAI!!! XD
I bet she'll be an awesome soon-to-be leader! ♥ ♥
What's there not to love about Riho~!
She's confident, has a nice singing voice, powerful dance moves and energy.
