New Obsession: One Piece ♡

After my internship ended, I decided to start on reading one of those long arse mangas.
For example, Fairy Tail, Bleach, Naruto, One Piece, Skip Beat etc.
It was tough deciding which one I should start on first.
I, somehow, ended up with giving One Piece a shot.
Because (a) my friend was raving on and on about it, (b) I, basically, know what happens in the other mangas. So, I was like "hey, why not One Piece?". And boy, that changed my life. ✿♥‿♥✿



Now, I absolutely adoreeeeeee One Piece~!
I'm currently at chapter 632 which is the Fishman Island Arc. ♡
Though, I'm slowing down my reading pace cause I don't really wanna catch up to it. Cause if I do, then I'd have to wait for a new chapter every week (if there are no delays).
So boo to that. （￣へ￣）

Though, I know I'll eventually catch up to it so, when I do, I'll start on watching the anime version of it. Ahah.
For now, my whole life is about One Piece. LOL. My Twitter's profile pic, header and wallpaper is from One Piece. My Facebook's profile pic and cover is all One Piece. Heck, my laptop's wallpaper and log on screen is from One Piece. Trafalgaw Law FTW YO.  (´∇ﾉ｀*)ノ
And this is turning into a completely pointless post so, I'mma shut up now.

Big Bad Wolf Book Fair GET in Penang ☆

Today ☆
I went to the Big Bad Wolf Book Fair that was held at Penang Times Square.
I was super excited cause the BBW was finally in Penang and not KL. Woohoo~!! ヽ(＾Д＾)ﾉ

I headed straight to the venue after work, when my sister picked me up.
I forgot to take a picture of the place but here's a picture of my sis, mine and my friend's book haul.
My friend wasn't able to physically to check out the book fair cause she's just too far away ahah but I called her and listed almost every manga there is and I just picked up whatever she wanted LOL.
The box that I used to carry all the mangas were just packed full. (⌒_⌒;)

I'm recently started watching a J-drama (Japanese Drama) called LIFE.
Yes, it's spelled like that. All block letters.
It it uploaded my one of my fandub friends, Waffle-chan! :D

I'm really glad that she uploaded this drama.
I was a manga, now turned into a drama. :D!

I'm at Episode 2, currently. There are only 2 episodes being uploaded anyways~
So, far... I'm enjoying it! I might love this drama VERYVERYVERY much~!! :D
I think it's important for ALL of us to watch this drama because it talks about bullying in school.
We might learn to back ourselves here & learn the true meaning of friendship.

I hope everyone will watch this J-drama!

Comic Fiesta, Day Two

Yay. This post about Day Two!

The event started with 4 dances which was... (I'll give my review too!)

1) 恋愛♥ライダー (Renai♥Rider) by Buono!
-- They just totally killed this dance. It was so messy! I don't like it, not one bit!

2) TELL ME by Wonder Girls
-- This dance was quite good. The timing and teamwork was average. And I could feel their energy.

3) Go My Way!! from IdolM@ster
-- Three girls dancing to this. They totally followed the original dance, it was good. Though when they start to move from the left to right side of the stage, it was terrible~

4) 都会っ子 純情 (Tokaikko Junjou) by C-ute
-- Same review as Renai Rider. Worse than horrible. This is one of my favourite songs and they just killed it! WTH!!

OVERALL -- 4.5/10

On the 2nd day, my parents bought the tickets to enter the convention. After awhile, the solo cosplay competition started. It was hilarious! xD There was a female cosplayer, the character's name was Sherly Nome. I'm not sure she's from what game, anime or manga but dayum... She was sizzling H.O.T.

After the competition ended, the judges was deciding~ So, we went to have our lunch. After our lunch, we went back to the convention hall! Then, I bought a Vampire Knight 2009 Calander.

I'll just skip whatever happened at the anime convention.
It's just too long & funneh~ xDD

Although~
There were lots of free gifts that they gave away.
Such as Comic Fiesta '08 shirts, original X-Rally game etc. etc.

Then, there were various performances.
I remember the first one was a performance from a group of Vampire Knight cosplayers~
They were my sister's friends.
Then, there were awesome singers. Non-professional, of course.

After all the performances, they announced who had won what-what-what.
My mum & I waited downstairs while my sis & dad stayed in the convention hall to buy something.

Before we returned home, my sister had to changed out of her costume.
My dad & I waited at our car while my mom (had to) follow my sis to the bathroom.
Btw, we had already checked out of the hotel at 11am.

Comic Fiesta, Day One

Hey all. :3
I attended an anime convention called Comic Fiesta '08.
This post will be all Day ONE.

We (dad, mom, sis, me) left the house around 7am.



On our journey to Kuala Lumpur, my sis found white hair on my head. Roflmao. Serious.

We reached at approximately 12pm - 1pm-ish.
It was just Day One so there were no rushing.
We could checked-in the hotel at 2pm so we had to leave our luggage in the car.

After my sis changed into her costume which was Ringo from Air Gear, we finally went to the convention hall.
There was a really, really bad signal there so using the cellphone would be (like) pointless.
Lolz.

But!
In the end, my sister's call went through. She had to call to get our pre-ordered tickets from her friend.



Mostly, my sis spent the money our parents gave on herself.
I only spent RM35 whilst she spend over that!!
So yeah...

After Day 1 was done.
We finally carried our stuff to the hotel.
Btw, we ate at Secret Recepi as out lunch!
Lol. The bill was almost RM100. Holy cow.

Then we had our dinner at some restaurant.
It was almost 9pm and the shop was at it's closing time.
We ate yong tau foo.

After we returned back to the hotel, we walked to take a stroll around Sunway Pyramid Hotel - Sunway Pyramid Mall.
I took some pictures. I ♥ the lightings!

Btw, there were lots of people.


Then we went inside. We stopped by the beautifully decorated Christmas tree so that I could take the picture! :D


One more thing.
There's an ice rink in the mall.

I wanted to skate but I don't know how so I just stood and watch; in amazement.
There were some performances in the afternoon.

OH YEAH!
I witness a practice of ice hockey!
They were foreigners!
I think American? Maybe European?
But they spoke English. xDD


Even if I'm not a sports person, it was so farkin' COOL!
I wish I could play ice hockey too!

But then, my sis wanted to return to the hotel...
So, my mum & I tagged along.
My dad stayed to watch, I wanted to stay too~ But I didn't. :[
Btw, after the men's play, it was the women's. xD

As I was saying...
We went back to the hotel & changed to our sleeping clothes.
My sis was reading out the menu. o_O
There was a freakin' menu, lol!


After I changed, my sis was messing around with her badges.
She pinned it onto her Santa hat.

I was waiting for my dad to return...

As I was waiting, I was watching some guy showing of some snakes.
I forgot his name but he's on Animal Planet (TV Channel).
And then I watched Anaconda: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid.
I hope I got the name right.
