I was super excited that Week 2 had finally gone by (and so quickly too)!!
I thought that I'd write a short recap on what I felt in Week 2 - comparing to Week 1!
♚ Felt stronger - could do 4 rounds of Mountain Climbers
♚ Getting faster and more efficient with Warmups
♚ Eating more cleanly
♚ More motivated
This is all that I could think of at the moment!

Also, I finally made a workout playlist to jam to during the warmups and/or during the stretch!
